A good rule of thumb is to include fish in your diet at least two times per week. Fish is an excellent source of several different types of vitamins and it is also high in protein. Protein is necessary for the growth and maintenance of muscles and body tissue.
If you want to cook Tilapia at home, simply preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and place 4 5-ounce tilapia fillets in a baking dish. Sprinkle the fish with 2 tsp ground cumin and 1 tsp ground black pepper, and pour a can of diced tomatoes into the dish. Add chilli powder to taste. Spinkle shredded low-fat cheese on top, about ¾ cup. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetite!
