Diets, diets, diets… The majority of people who want to to lose weight choose them as the main issue to fight an excess weight. Undoubtedly they are right. Without diet or at least nutrition normalization it is rather difficult to reduce weight.

But what diet to choose? How can we define that particular diet will be right for you, and this one being praised to the skies as the most effective diet in the world will harm you rather than do you better?

At this site we decided to gather various diet: effective and not very effective, diets that fit with healthy nutrition canons for 100% and diets that radically conflict with them. But it’s not easy to gather, classify and understand which of them and in what situations should be used and which should be avoid. We hope our advices will be really useful for those who want to recude weight.
Diets are the best way to lose weight. But not the only one! The results of your struggle with an excess weight will be much more considerable if being on a diet you will go in for sport (or at least move more), make a massage regularly, take water treatment, take a steam bath. All this will help you not only to lose weight but maintain yourself in good tone.
