The following list contains ten anti aging and rejuvenating foods that help recover energy and viability.
1. Avocado – the most alkalizing food very high in vitamin E. It also can take wrinkles off your face.
2. Berries - very rich in vitamin C that helps in good blood circulation and supplies minerals and salts to all the body.
3. Green vegetables - help keep the body weight low, and also help fight toxins.
