Low Carb diet foods

The induction stage of the Low Carb diet does restrict fruit and only allows vegetables in moderation. Many Low Carb dieters like different kinds of fruit and vegetables while losing weight. Everybody has a different amount of carbs that they use each day. Find your maximum amount that allows you to lose weight and select what you cpnsider to be the most healthy to eat to refill them.
Concerning salt and flavorings: some flavorings can contain “hidden carbs”. However, using salt is not a problem if you are not worried about water gain. Actually any flavourings that is used in such a small amount doesn’t influence the diet. Don’t change the way you dress your food unless it is with sugar or very excessive.
Many products that are marked as “Sugar Free” contain substitutes that are still recognized by the body as a sugar: maleotose, fructose, corn syrup and others. Read the label carefully paying attention to the total carbohydrate count. You will be surprised: even products that affirm to only have a few “active carbohydrates” should be used with caution. Try only one of these products at a time and watch if it interferes with your weight loss.
With the Low Carb diet only you decide what you are going to eat. You choose what healthy food you want. Some special food products can be bought but are not really necessary.
