- Breakfast - 2 LC apple muffins
- Lunch - 2 oz string cheese
- Snack - 2 LC cream cheese muffins
- Dinner - Salmon steak w/mustard crust, asparagus

- Breakfast - 2 fried eggs, 1/2 slice LC toast, 1 c. CC milk
- Lunch- 2 slices LC pizza, sauteed cabbage w/ bacon and mushrooms
- Dinner - Italian chicken and cheese roll-ups, broccoli and lettuce salad
- Snack- yogurt

Breakfast - sasuage without cheese
Lunch-cool whip strawberry and choc and french vanilla… but it only had 6 carbs total and 75 cals. and i no longer have any suger cravings
Dinner-salad and hamburger with no bun
