Low Carb Menus: Saturday Ideas

Idea #1

  • Breakfast - 2 LC apple muffins
  • Lunch - 2 oz string cheese
  • Snack - 2 LC cream cheese muffins
  • Dinner - Salmon steak w/mustard crust, asparagus

Idea #2

  • Breakfast - 2 fried eggs, 1/2 slice LC toast, 1 c. CC milk
  • Lunch- 2 slices LC pizza, sauteed cabbage w/ bacon and mushrooms
  • Dinner - Italian chicken and cheese roll-ups, broccoli and lettuce salad
  • Snack- yogurt

Idea #3

Breakfast - sasuage without cheese
Lunch-cool whip strawberry and choc and french vanilla… but it only had 6 carbs total and 75 cals. and i no longer have any suger cravings
Dinner-salad and hamburger with no bun
